What’s on Offer
We are delighted to offer this exceptional CWC diving watch issued to the Royal Marines by the British Military in 1994. The rotating black bezel enhances the depth of the dark dial, making the Tritium-coated hour markers stand out with their appealing vanilla hue. The prominent triangle marker at the 12 o’clock position and the bold luminous hour markers give the dial a modern touch.
The case and unidirectional bezel display minimal wear, which is expected for a military-issued timepiece. The straight fixed lugs and the screw-down crown ensure a secure fit.
The back of the case is engraved with the Royal Marines issue number 0555/6645-99 7573314 alongside the British Governments broad arrow symbol and the watch’s issue number and year.
This is an excellent ‘tool’ watch which shows no signs of polishing and retains some charming signs of use, making it ideal for everyday wear or as a valuable addition to any collection.
These watches are becoming much more collectable as the earlier variants with mechanical movements get harder to find and the prices of both this and indeed the mechanical versions continue to rise, so be quick before it’s too late!
