Just follow these steps:

1. Purchase the Repair here
2. Put your jewelry in an airtight container. A ziplock bag works best.
3. Find a small box or bubble mailer to send your jewelryin.
4. Send your jewelry (insured is best) to:

Once your jewelry is ready, we will return it cleaned and repaired. We cover the cost of shipping back to you.
