TheGoldRush Nugget Studs are each made up of one individual nugget of Fairtrade Gold. They are created to be worn asymmetrically so the post is to one end, allowing the form to work its way up your lobes. All nuggets are formed in the designer’s workshop; due to the organic structure they allow the gold to take as it melts, no two pieces will ever be the same.

Part of The Rock Hound’s GoldRush Collection; they are passionate about responsible sourcing and are always striving to achieve a greater transparency between mine and market. GoldRush was their first fully Fairtrade collection. Each nugget is painstakingly formed by hand making each step of the supply chain fully traceable. By creating nuggets, The Rock Hound take the gold back to its original, organic form, enabling them to present the gold similar to how it is found by the miners. This has a truly powerful impact and forms a deeper understanding and connection between mine and market.
