The 1ct Offset Old Cut Diamond Engagement with Shaped Wedding Ring is handmade from recycled platinum and mine-cut diamonds. Byliberating these old-cut diamonds from their traditional mounts, their distinctive and rocky shape is enhanced.

• Mine-Cut Diamonds: Each diamond’s character is revealed by liberating it from its traditional mount and creating a hand-carved setting to reflect its real rocky shape. Each ring is unique based on the shape of the diamonds used. Mine cut diamonds using a method called “Bruting” before modern techniques were available to cut the perfect facets of the modern diamond. Bruting involved bashing one diamond against another to try to get them slightly faceted and roughly round and took a lot of effort. Each one a hand-cut treasure from a less technical time.

• Fitted Wedding Band: To enhance the organic shapes of the diamonds in the engagement ring, the Offset Old Cut Diamond Engagement with Shaped Wedding Ring is specially designed to complement the engagement ring perfectly.

• Diamond Specifics: The total carat weight of the four natural recycled diamonds is approximately 1ct. They are white and eye clean. Being recycled they do not come with a certificate but our in-house valuer will have verified and graded all our recycled diamonds and your receipt will state their carat weight, colour and grading.
