The baleen design was inspired by the repetitive linear look of the humpback whales baleen. Instead of teeth, humpback whales take in big gulps of water andstrain out the water through the baleen filters, catching krill.

Made of alder wood with vinyl surface for color, sterling silver ear wires (hypo-allergenic), silicone nuts to prevent them from slipping off, and bagged for protection.
