What’s on Offer
Cyma is probably one of the most underappreciated brands out there. This is surprising when their in-house movements are of really high quality with some really interesting designs to match, and this being no exception, with the Calibre R459 movement and classic design showcased by Cyma here.
The Cyma NavyStar with Cymaflex markings also to case back with a Cyma signed Cal.R459 movement is a lovely sized watch that is really comfortable to wear. Introduced in the 1950s with the common theme being that these watches were built to be rugged waterproof watches in a slim case, and you can be sure that they have succeeded in this.
This watch has a silvery-coloured dial in a stainless steel case and is on a brown leather strap. Dagger-styled baton markers indicating the hours. Sword hands, and a large sweeping second hand to accompany them. Just below the 12 oclock mark, you will see the Cyma logo, which is applied to the dial, which can also be found on the crown and case back.
This is a watch that is in good condition and looks great on the brown leather strap. It does however show some signs of wear to the dial, which appears speckled, and the case back is engraved C.A.K. We do not know the service history of this watch and a service would therefore be recommended.
An affordable watch which maintains its classic style.
