This petite Lunar Pearl ring in luxurious 18ct yellow gold features a small cup-shaped design in a textured finish. The centre of the design is hand-enamelled in Sheila’s ‘Shallows’ enamel colourway and then hand-set with a pearl.The cup-like design measures approximately 10mm wide and sits on a 2mm wide 18ct yellow gold band.

Lunar Pearl is inspired by the ancient art of our ancestors. Thousands of years ago at the Ness of Brodgar in Orkney, people carved hollows or cup-marks of various sizes in rough rock, perhaps to signify an event or to follow the passage of time as the moon waxed and waned. Sheilas designs are textured like the surface of rock, enamelled in a variety of colourways, and hand-set with an enchanting pearl.
