This petite Mill Sands necklace in classic 9ct yellow gold features an intricate design that mimics the shapes found in sand at low tide. The piece is elegantly finished with a pearl delicately hanging from the bottom of the design. The design measures approximately 18mm by 22mm, with an overall drop of 30mm.

This collection is named after the beach below Sheilas workshop in Tankerness, Orkney. The view over the wide bay is always different, as the light and colour changes with each hour, day and season. Sheila is fascinated with different ways to portray the magic of the sea in her jewellery. Mill Sands is inspired by the unique colours reflected in the wet sands and shallow waters around the shoreline.
