Polka-dot wrap-top with three fabric-covered buttons and lining in the front and back. There is a frill design on the sleeve cuffs and hemline, and an elastic waistband. The unlined sleeves and peplum hem are soft and flowy.

Both the fabric and lining are made from 100% Polyester.
