This Blue Tube Dancer Adult Costume is a costume no one will ever forget. This costume comes in the shape of a tall blue wavy guy with long arms and red tassels on top of the head. The window on the front is in the shape of a huge smile and above the window is a pair of printed googly eyes. Halfway down the arms are arm holes to put your own hands through.
